Drawing and painting 

I have loved drawing since I was a baby. Everyone encouraged me about it and I found that very strange. Maybe that's why I never take it seriously. However coulored pencils go on charming me.

I have always looked upon Corinna Segre as my first and best teacher. She taught me everything I know about colours and paintbrushes. Then, at the high school, I learned how to be more precise and detailed.

I practice just a few techniques: pencils, tempera colours, Indian ink. But I'm beginning to play with acrylics and watercolours. I love mixing techniques and materials: looking at what is happening in my hands is so exciting.

Last summer I visited Parajanov Museum in Yerevan, so I think my next step will be the collage.
